APPLICATION :

A) Powerful and reliable engine
1. Adopt famous 2-cylinder diesel engine with advantages of large power, powerful grade-ability, small vibration and reliable operation.
2. Adopt patent diesel engine air inlet regulating device (Patent No. : 200820087606.3) and desert air filter 
two-stage filter.
 
B)Reliable hydraulic system
1.Adopt two independently gear pump to supply the oil,which makes working
reliable, strong adaptability and convenient to maintenance.
2.Adopt gear drive and soft characteristics connection to make the structure compact and working stable.
3. Adopt special hydraulic components to improves the system’s stability and reliability.
4.Adopt oil liquid cooling device to eliminate the exothermic hydraulic oil’s influence to the system.
 
C) Powerful feeding and rotating system
1.The feeding structure by large power hydraulic motor can supply strong torque reserve and reduce the 
sticking rate.
2.The feeding structure can supply a lifting power of 20N by large power hydraulic motor. Adjust the control 
valve on the operating valve can obtain the needed optimum propelling effort.
 
D) Centralized operating system

2.Operating hydraulic maneuvering valve can be achieve lift ,swing of drill boom and drilling rig 's pitching ,
swing ,forward and back,also can levelling track. Ensure the multilateral drill hole and the machine stability.
3.Operating pneumatic maneuvering valve, which can turn on the pump and make the machine feeding, 
rotating and impact, to ensure the efficiency of drill rock.
 
E) Adjustable drilling boom
Adopt adjustable boom,the angle of drilling hole and height of horizontal hole can be adjusted by controlling 
the stretch-out and draw-back of the hydro-cylinder.
It enlarges the drilling hole’s range and improve the machine’s adaptability.
