Application:
It is widely used for the equipments installations and maintenance at the following places:
construction sites, workshops, warehouse, granary, bus/railway stations, hotels, airports, gas station and aerial pipeline, etc.
The lifting height ranges 2-12m and lifting capacity varies from 300-500kg.The power sources
could be 220V, 380V or chargeable battery.
Detailed Information:
1. Ergonomic control panel, power indicator, electric shock protector, circuit breaker etc.
Variety features are completely equipped.
2. The operator either on the platform or on the ground could press the emergency stop button
to pause the platform unexpected movement if any electrical element is failure.
3. Lifting limit is controlled by positive break limit switch.
4. 24 V safety voltages for control circuit system.
5. Hydraulic system is equipped with broken valve; it will activate automatically
to stop the flowing of hydraulic fluid in case any hydraulic fitting or piping is broken
so as to prevent the platform unexpected movement and ensure personnel safety on the platform.
6. Emergency lowering device enable the platform descend slowly when power is unexpected fail.
7. Piston stroke limit in cylinder acts as second lifting limit protection sequential to the electric limit switch.
8. All mechanism strength for force borne structure are carefully calculated and strictly tested
by experimentation, safety factor is never less than the standard requirement.
9. Equipped with stabilizers, patented double protection outriggers eliminate the clearance
between the stabilizer and chassis so as to avoid the equipment fluctuating.
10. Revolvable outrigger stabilizers make the machine suitable for variable complicated area and location.
11. Stabilizers and electric safety switch elements form the interlock for platform up and down.
